Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd (BO:): HDFC (NS:) Mutual Funds has sold 5.23 lakh shares in the company at Rs 392 apiece on the BSE, shows bulk deals data.
Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (NS:): The credit rating agency ICRA (NS:) has downgraded the chemical company’s long term from AA- to A+ and its short term rating from A1+ to A1. It has also revised the company’s outlook on the long-term rating from ‘stable’ to ‘negative’.
Lyka Labs Ltd (NS:): Ipca Laboratories (NS:) has bought 1.05 million equity shares of the pharmaceutical company, translating to a 3.65% stake in Lyka Labs, priced at Rs 123/share, while Vipul Priyakant Dalal and Shreyans Jashwantlal Shah have sold a total of 5,85,121 shares of the company at Rs 123 each.
Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Ltd (BO:): The company has approved sub-dividing one equity share of face value Rs 10 to five shares having a face value of Rs 2 each.
Share India Securities Ltd (NS:): The brokerage has completed 63.50% of the investment of the post-issue share capital of Utrade Solutions at a consideration of Rs. 13.68 crore.
